We were invited by Kuya Roy R. Luga to join the "The Laguerta-Viduya Wedding Project". With him is Kuya Nick Naval, his long time friend and Associate. Being a graduating Mass Communication student at the Far Eastern University and after winning the Best Film Category of the Indie Film we produced with Ritz Balmores: "The Rubrics", I thought that free hand videography is just an easy thing. I never realized, however, that the project where I and Ritz Balmores particcipated shall change my outlook about digital technolgy.Kuya Roy is a cyber technology advocate, he develops and designs free sites to bond Family Ties and helps school children and other organizations in fund raising activities, among others, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School; Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches; and even helped the government to poster peace and development in the Cordillera. He also taught me how to develop blogsites. It changed my outlook about digital technology, that I decided to design and develop this site with his help. Digital technology like the Indie Film we produced does not only help us express ourselves as a young students and now graduates of Mass Communication. It also helps other people to connect themselves worldwide and share precious moments with their love ones and friends from afar wherever in the world. We made the project not for profit. I understand Kuya Roy when he told us that we cannot expect for monetary consideration when we joined the project. The experience we learned, however, cannot be measured by money. Please go over my previous post about this project and its extent for those of you who wanted to experience what the cyber space can do for your wedding.
